small Group CLASSES

These full body burners will provide clients the benefits of a personal trainer, with a reduced cost. Each class will have a maximum of 5 participants, allowing there to be individual coaching for each member every class. Offered in different time slots to accommodate everyones schedules, the schedule is done in a 4-week program allowing you to come as many times as you want within that month! Tuesdays and Thursdays classes will always be a different design!
