No! Fieldside Fitness is a private & exclusive club that is for personal training and small group training only. To exercise here, you need to schedule sessions with me! There are many options to fit your needs under the "services" tab. You can also participate here by enjoying some of our classes!
No! You can purchase single 60-minute sessions under the gold category. However, the platinum and diamond packages require a minimum of 12 sessions (1 months worth of training).
Yes! Fieldside Fitness offers basic training sessions for 2 people, 3 people, or 4 people in a shared session! Come and work out with your favourite people and make it extra fun (and motivating)!
Yes! Fieldside Fitness can offer these services independently of training if a client requires solely this service. In this scenario, we would determine what services are needed and organize a personalized nutrition bundle.
Yes! Our classes are set up like our 1 on 1 full body training sessions. Beginners are always welcome; we love to see new faces! Our mission is to make you feel comfortable in a gym setting. All exercises can be modified to suit each individuals needs, every class.
